Busy Month of February at the Chamber

February is shaping up to be a busy month at the Goshen Chamber of Commerce. Between meetings and events, the Chamber building is the place to be in February. Here is a look at the calendar at the Chamber:

Feb 3^rd: Wake Up! Goshen at Bread & Chocolate Conference Center 7:30 am. Topic will be the Horizon 2.0 Project

Feb 10^th: Maximize Your Chamber Investment 8am and Noon. This program is an hour long session that allows you to ask and work with Chamber staff on how to maximize your investment in the Chamber.

Feb 12^th: Third House at 8am. Stop by the Chamber and talk with your local State Senator and Representatives on the current legislation session.

Feb 15^th: Join the bus trip to the Indiana State House to talk with your representatives while they are in their office. A one day bus trip with meals provided all for $83. Contact the Chamber at 533-2102 for more information.

Feb 17^th: Shop Talk at the Old Bag Factory from 5pm to 6:30pm. Stop by and expand your personal Network!

Feb 26^th: Third House at 8am.

The Goshen Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that our monthly newsletter has now been changed into "The Goshen Chamber Business Journal". In cooperation with Maple City Media, a division of the Goshen News, the Business Journal will be distributed to our members, as well as the Goshen News readership. We will print over 14,000 copies each month. The issues will have some of the old newsletter features, but it will also have some new information as well. Every issue will feature a cover story, highlighting the positive things happening in the Goshen Business Community. If you have ideas for articles, please email the Goshen Chamber at nkieffer@goshen.org and put "MAGAZINE IDEA" in the subject line. We hope to better serve the community with this new product, and more importantly, better serve our membership!

The Goshen Chamber is pleased to have back our Third House sessions on Saturday morning once again. Third House is an opportunity for the public to get caught up with the happenings down at the State House. Local State Representatives and Senators will be on hand from 8am - 9:30am to provide the community with an update of actions and to take your questions. 18 teams took the course on Wednesday, June 3rd in the Goshen Chamber's Spring Outing. Wonderful weather, great networking, and plenty of great food were on hand for this fundraiser outing.

We would like to thank our Title Sponsor: Goshen Health System for their continued support and investment to the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, and more importantly to the Goshen Community. We would also like to thank all the sponsors for the outing, without your support we would not be able to have such great events for the membership.
